As a result of the ongoing planning and policy establishment function of the agency’s governing body, it was determined that the agency should incorporate into its present structure a community based group. Namely, the President’s Community Advisory Board (PCAB). Members of the PCAB should be known to the agency and have, over time, demonstrated a clear interest in TSLI/HHB’s endeavors and possess a personal interest in advancing still further the endeavors of the agency and the social and rehabilitative interests of the clients TSLI/HHB serve.

Initiatives of the PCAB, along with agency administration and members of the TSLI/HHB Executive Board are:

  • to heighten the public’s knowledge of TSLI/HHB and its services
  • to gain greater private sector fiscal support
  • to annually promote a gala event
  • to establish a major gift giving campaign

Current PCAB Members include:

Jan Ashley, Group Director & Senior Vice President, Signature Bank
